m=(y2-y1)/x2-x1)
.8=(y+15)/(5-2)
.8=(y+15)/3 now cross multiply
y+15=3*.8
y+15=2.4
y=2.4-15
y=12.6 answer.

.8=(12.6-15)/(5-2)
.8=2.4/3
