When the coefficients divide evenly into the constant on the right, this is an easy way to graph.
Let x=0
Then -4y=12 and y=-3. You put a point at (0, -3)
Let y=0
Then 3x=12, and x=4. You put a point at (4, 0) and draw a line between them.
