Look for the intersection of the two REGIONS.
Put both inequalities into slope intercept form and graph the system, and look for, identify the INTERSECTION. I will just show the graphed reference lines, you ON PAPER can properly shade the solution region. On paper, for the reference lines, USE DOTTED LINES!
