Answer by fractalier(6550) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
From
-4 + 7y = 9y
we subtract 7y and get
-4 = 2y
now divide by 2 and switch sides and get
-2 = y
y = -2
This is a horizontal line going thru (0, -2).
