Quantity Equation: m = b + 50
Value Equation:::: 14m + 9b = 3000 dollars

Substitute for "m" and solve for "b":
14(b+50) + 9b = 3000
14b + 700 + 9b = 3000
23b = 2300
b = 100 (# of balcony tickets sold.

m = b + 50
