what is the value of cot 0
cot = 1/tan
tan(0) = 0
cot = 1/0 --> infinity or undefined.

and sec -15pi/7?
-15pi/7 = -2pi - pi/7
sec(-x) = sec(s) --> sec(pi/7)
sec(pi/7) = 1/cos(pi/7)
