x^2+ax+y^2+by+c = 0
Substituting the values
x^2 + y^2 + 134x - 84y + 163
For x coord:
Halve 134 and make it negative
= -67
For y coord
Halve -84 and make it negative
= 42
Coordinates of centre = (-67,42)
