If the center is located at (-8,-10). Find the radius.
Using the distance formula:
The square root of (x2 - x1)^2 + (y2 - y1)^2
The square root of (-8 - 4)^2 + (-10 -2)^2
The square root of 144 + 144
The square root of 288 = 16.97.
The radius = 16.97.
