Question 917042: What is the area and circumfrance of this circle inside the square of side 8cm
Answer by abhiverma27(3)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
side of square is 8cm, that means diameter of the circle is 8cm
so r=d/2
r=4
therefore area of circle= pie X r^2
= 3.14 X 16
= 50.56cm
Circumference= 2 X Pie X r
= 2 X 3.14 X 4
= 25.12 cm
