I'll assume yopu have a circle with a radius of 4/3 inches.
If your looking for the circumferance then:
C=2*PI*R
C=2*3.14*.75
C=4.71 INCHES.

If your looking for the area then:
A=PI*R^2
A=3.14*.75^2
A=1.766 INCHES.
