If the arc length is 10 in and the radius is 5 in (I took half of the 10 in diameter), we can use this to find the angle by using the arc length formula:
Where s is the arc length. Plug in r=5 and S=10 to solve for 

So the angle is 2 radians. Now use this to find the area by using this formula:
Plug in r=5 and

So the area of the sector is 100 square inches
