I need to write the equasion of a circle with a center at (-2,4),passes through (-6,7)

the general circle equation is ___ (x - h)^2 + (y -k)^2 = r^2 ___ for a circle centered at (h,k) with radius r

r is the distance from the center to any point on the circumference
___ using the distance formula ___ (-2 - -6)^2 + (4 - 7)^2 = r^ ___ (4)^2 + (-3)^2 = r^2 ___ 25 = r^2

so the equation is ___ (x + 2)^2 + (y - 4)^2 = 25
