A circle can go thru any 3 points, unless they are colinear.
Find x so that (x,2006) is colinear with the other 2 points.

The slope of the line thru the 2 points is 6/3 = 2
2002 is the difference in the y-values from (1,4) to (x,2006)
The difference in x is 1/2 that, = 1001
--> (1002,2006)
x = 1002
