Hi,
Standard Form of an Equation of a Circle is
where Pt(h,k) is the center and r is the radius
(x-4)^2 + (y+2)^2 = r^2
finding r as distance between points (-2,10) and (4, -2).
r^2 = 6^2 + (-12)^2 = 180 r = 13.4
(x-4)^2 + (y+2)^2 = 180
