Hi,
radius = -2 -(-8) = 6 Using points Pt(-8,-4) and center Pt(-2,-4)
Standard Form of an Equation of a Circle is
where Pt(h,k) is the center and r is the radius
(x+2)^2 + (y+4)^2 = 6^2
