The focus: -4c = -6, or c = 3/2. Point-wise, the focus is (-1/2, 6).
The directrix is the the vertical line x = 1 + 3/2, or x = 5/2.
(The coordinates of the latus recta are (-1/2, 9) and (-1/2, 3).)
