 You need to find angle T and S.  
We know that angle T = anle RTQ.
We also know that angle S = angle RSQ.
BIG HINT:
Find the measure of arc QR and then multiply arc QR by 1/2.
Can you finish now? 
NOTE: Angles T and S are inscribed angles.  An inscribed angle = 1/2 (intercepted arc QR).
