The diameter of a circle is 1.3 X 10-^12 meters, then what is its radius.

the diameter of a circle is twice its radius

divide diameter by 2 to get radius

is this 1.3 * 10^12 OR 1.3 * 10^(-12) ?

if 1.3 * 10^12 --> radius is 6.5 * 10^11 meters

if 1.3 * 10^(-12) --> radius is 6.5 * 10^(-13) meters

I put negative exponents in parentheses so easier to read
