For circle (x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2, center is (h,k) and radius is r
x^2+y^2+4x+10y+ 15 = 0
=> (x+2)^2 + (y+5)^2 = -15+4+25
=> (x+2)^2 + (y+5)^2 = 14
Center is (-2,-5) and radius is sqrt(14)
