You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I assume you mean 20 m radius circle.
If not divide by 2.
Place a stake in the ground, at least 20 m from any wall.
Tie the rope to the stake.
Attach another stake to the other end of the rope.
Pull the rope tight and walk a complete revolution while dragging the other stake around the center point.
