AREA=3.14*10^2
AREA=3.14*100
AREA=314 FT^2 IS THE LARGER CIRCLE.
AREA=3.14*2^2
AREA=3.14*4
AREA=6.28 FT^2 IS THE AREA OF THE INNER CIRCLE.
6.28/314=.02 OR 2% CHANCE OF HITTING THE INNER CIRCLE.
