Hi,
this is quite simple.
Area of a cirlce has a standard formula = Pi* r^2 where Pi is a constant = 3.14 and r = radius of the circle.
Here the radius is given to be 4 units
So r^2 = 4^2 = 16
Thus the area of the circle = Pi * 16
= 16 Pi sq units
