Write an equation as you read the problem

Square both side

    (x-3)^2 + (y-2)^2 = .( (x+1)^2 + (y-3)^2 )


Simplify it step by step

    4 * ( (x-3)^2 + (y-2)^2 ) = (x+1)^2 + (y-3)^2

    4*(x^2 - 6x + 9 + y^2 -4y + 4) = x^2 + 2x + 1 + y^2 - 6y + 9

    4x^2 - 24x + 36 + 4y^2 - 16y + 16 = x^2 + 2x + 1 + y^2 - 6y + 9


The further simplification is routine bothering calculations, from which you will learn NOTHING.
