the diagonal of the square is 18 sqrt(2) cm. That is the diameter of the circle.
The circumference of the circle is therefore 18 sqrt(2)*π cm.
That is divided up into 4 equal arcs, so each arc is 4.5 sqrt(2)*π cm or 19.99 cm
