Question 1157024: 25.
Can you help me with this geometry question?
Find the area of sector AOB of circle O if the measure of angle AOB is 315 degree and the radius is 4 ft. (leave answers in terms of pi and radicals

315/360 is 7/8
So the area of the sector is 7/8 the area of the whole circle with the radius of 4 ft.
The whole circle has area 16*pi
The sector has area pi* 16*7/8=14*pi ft^2
