You can draw the figure yourself. All you need is two chords intersecting in a circle. It might help if arc AB looks like about 60 degrees and arc CD looks like about 40 degrees -- but it really doesn't matter.
Then the answer to the question is simple: the measure of the angle of intersection of the two chords is the average of the measures of the two arcs the chords cut off.
ANSWER: (60+40)/2 = 50 degrees
Of course there are also angles of 180-50 = 130 degrees where the chords intersect.
