Find the volume of the cylinder which, in this case, is the volume of the water.
Radius = 7/2 = 3.5 m

V = 65.3905 cu/m
Find how long it takes to pump 65.3905 cu/m with pump that pumps 11 cu/m per hr
= 5.94459 ~ 6 hrs
