Your notation is very non-standard; I doubt that any of the volunteers on this site have any idea what the problem is supposed to be.
"PQRS is a circle" -- are P, Q, R, and S points on circle, in that order?
"/PS/=25cm" -- is that a straight line distance between P and S, or an arc length between P and S, or something else?
"RP^Q = 3PR^Q" -- are those angles RPQ and PRQ, or something else?
