 Find the equation of the circle tangent to x+y=3 at P(1,2) and through Q(3,6).

The center of the circle is on the line perpendicular to x+y=3 and thru the point P.
The center of the circle is on the perpendicular bisector of PQ, so the intersection of those 2 lines is the center.
The radius is the distance from the center to P or Q.
