I've figured out that x is equal to 23, but I can't find y. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks! :)

Answer by Theo(13342)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the following reference should help you.

https://mathbitsnotebook.com/Geometry/Circles/CRAngles.html

you are correct at 23 degrees for x, as far as i can tell.

the number of degrees in the circumference of a circle is 360.

91 + 23 = 114.

360 - 114 = 246.

angle y is an inscribed angle to 246 degrees.

that makes it 123 degrees.

i copied your diagram and added ppoint D to it.

arc BC = 91
arc BD = 23
arc CBD = 91 + 23 = 114
arc CD = 360 - 114 = 246

angle y is an inscribed angle to arc CD.

that's what i get.
it seems good.
check it out and see if you agree.
