Rick has 12 miles to go and has to do it in 10/82 hr
Speed is 12/(10/82)=984/10=98.4 mph
Check. 98.4 mph is 1.64 miles per minute, so he will require 7.32 minutes
10/82 hours is 7.32 minutes
