The volume of a cylinder is: V = pi* r^2 * h
We are given V = 54pie
h = 6
54pi = pi * r^2 * 6
Divide both sides by 6
9pi = pi * r^2
Divide both sides by pi
9 = r^2
take the square root of both sides

3 = r
The circumference of a circle is 2*pi*r
So the circumference is: 2*pi*3 or
