I believe that you are asking for volume and the formula is V=2*pi*r^2*height so it becomes 2*pi*(3.5)^2*9 so the answer is 692.7 cm^3

cylinder if the height is 9 cm and the width is 7 cm (r = 3.5)
for example:
V = = 346.36 cm^2
