I don't think you meant "square prism" because a square prism is a right regular prism having squares for bases. Since the length and width of your bases are different, the bases are not squares and you do not have a square prism. What you have is variously called a rectangular prism, a right rectangular prism, or a rectangular parallelepiped, i.e. a polyhedron for which all faces are rectangles.
Since you did not specify lateral surface area which is the surface area of the entire solid figure excluding the bases, I assume you mean the Total Surface Area is
The total surface area of a right regular prism is given by:
Where h is the height, P is the perimeter of the base, and B is the area of the base.
