The weight is the density (given by the Greek symbol ) multiplied by the volume.
The volume of a sphere is
where R is the radius of the sphere.
The weight would then be,
If density is given in lbs/ft^3, then you'll get weight in lbs.
To convert to ounces, multiply by 16 ounces/lb.
