Add all the scores:
100 + 98 + 96 + 45 + 89 + 91 + 89.
Total = 608
Number of grades = 7
608/7 = Average of 86.9
If she wants a 88 average
Then her final total score
= 88 x 8
= 704
So, she requires a score
of 704 - 608
= 96
This is the score she requires
to give her an 88 average.
