It's not possible to get an 80% or higher.

The highest overall grade you can get is 0.67*(2/3)+1*(1/3) = 0.78 = 78% (this is assuming you get 100% on the final)

Note: The teacher may drop your lowest score or add extra credit. So it's best to ask your teacher if it's possible to get a B and ask what final exam score is needed)
