The average score of the class is 85. The average score of the highest and lowest scores is 91.5. What is the average of the remaining scores?

Known points total of high and low:: 2*91.5 = 183

Let the number in the class be "x".
Total points for the class is 85x.
Average of remainins members of class = (85x-183)/(x-2)
