Not enough info. Here's why:

Suppose you got 100% on an essay which accounts for 10% of your grade. Then if you were to retake the essay, you cannot reach 60% (unless you can score well above 100%).

If you got a 0% on an essay, then 56*.9 = 50.4, let m = minimum essay score, then 50.4 + .1m = 60, m = 96. You would need a 96% on the essay to bring your grade to 60% in this case.
