You can put this solution on YOUR website! If your exam is worth 23% (0.23) of your grade, then the rest of your assignments, etc., must be worth 100% - 23% = 77% (0.77) of your grade. Therefore, 0.23 of your grade would be an 80%, and 0.77 of your grade would be a 53%, so you can just do a weighted average:
(80%)*0.23 + (53%)*0.77 = 59.21%
Thus, if you get an 80% on your exam tomorrow, your overall grade in the class will be 59%.
