Two trains leave a station at the same time, one traveling west at a rate of 60 kilometers per hour, and the other traveling east at 55 kilometers per hour. In how many hours will they be 460 kilometers apart?
-------------------
The trains are separating at a rate of 60+55 = 115 km/hr
-------
Equation:
time = distance/rate = 460/115 = 4 hours
