My final exam is worth 35% and I'm just wondering what my mark in the class is this far.. And what I need on my final to end up with a 75% in the class.

.35*64+.3*100+.35x=75
You have 52.4 to contribute to your overall grade.
52.4 out of a possible 65 which is about 80%
x = 64.5714 you need on the final to get 75 in the class

(0.35*64 + 0.30*100)/0.65 = 80.6%

35*64 + 30*100 + 35f = 100*75
35f = 100*75 - 35*64 - 30*100
