If I'm taking a test and there are 136 questions and I make a 70 on it, how many did I miss?

70% of 136 = 0.7*36 = 95.2 correct
136 - 95.2 = 40.8
-------------
If you missed 40, you get 70.588 % --> 71%
If you missed 41, you get 69.853 % --> 70%
If that's how the instructor would round off.
