Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!

x - 1/9y = -1

9x - 1y = -9 ... multiply everything by 9

-1y = -9 - 9x

-1y = -9x - 9

y = (-9x - 9)/(-1)

y = (-9x)/(-1) - 9/(-1)

y = 9x + 9
