Question 744419: Soo is participating in a -day cross-country biking challenge. She biked for 70,58, and 62 miles on the first three days. How many miles does she need to bike on the last day so that her average (mean) is 65 miles per day?
How do I do this?

Answer by Cromlix(4381)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Her total for the four days equals 4 x 65 = 260 miles
Her total for the first three days equals 190 miles. Therefore 260 miles minus 190 miles = 70 miles. The distance that Soo still has to cover.
