Let the 3rd test score be "x".
Equation:
(64+90+x)/3 >= 70
(154+x) >= 210
x >= 56

His total shall be 70x3=210 for 3 tests in math
His total for 2 tests=64+90=154
His score for 3rd test shall be =210-154=56
