Your score will be 80% of 64% plus 20% of 40%. Do the arithmetic. Whether that is a failing grade or not depends on your school policy or your instructor's interpretation. If it were my class where 75% is passing, I would have just told you not to bother taking the last exam because you were going to fail anyway.
