Question 612453: Please help me solve this problem..I struggle with fractions
(7/9)*(13/18)
The slashes between the numbers are the fraction symbol not the divison symbol

Answer by blwinbbbles(106)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Multiplication of fractions is probably easiest to remember:
All you have to do is multiple straight across
So:
7/9 * 13/18 =
7*13/9*18 =
91/162
I do believe that this fraction will not reduce any more
I hope this helps
