in the first year has 20% increase
in the second year has 30% increase but in relation the beginnig has 20% of the first year more 30% of the second year, so has 50%
and in the third year has 20% decrease but has the 50% of the second and first years so now has 50% less 20%
from the beginning to the end change 30%
