Question 444241: How do you find the averages in algebra?
Answer by josmiceli(19441) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
average of 5 data items =( data1 + data2 + data3 + data4 + data5 ) / 5
so, if the data was: 5, 2, 9, -3, 10, the average is:
( 5 + 2 + 9 + (-3) + 10 ) / 5 = 23/5
23/5 = 4.6
